Privacy Policy for Paycheck Calculator: Hourly
Effective Date: June 6, 2026
Paycheck Calculator: Hourly (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Paycheck Calculator: Hourly mobile application.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. About the App
Paycheck Calculator: Hourly is a paycheck estimation and planning tool designed to help users estimate hourly pay, overtime pay, tips, bonuses, deductions, gross pay, and estimated take-home pay before payday.
The App provides estimates only. Actual pay, taxes, deductions, overtime rules, benefits, employer policies, and take-home pay may vary depending on your location, employer, tax situation, and individual circumstances.
Paycheck Calculator: Hourly does not provide financial, tax, legal, payroll, or employment advice.
2. Information You Enter in the App
The App may allow you to enter paycheck-related values, such as:
- Hourly rate
- Regular hours
- Overtime hours
- Unpaid break minutes
- Tips
- Bonuses
- Estimated deduction percentage
- Pay period selection
These values are used to calculate paycheck estimates inside the App.
The App does not require users to create an account, sign in, or provide personal information such as name, email address, phone number, address, Social Security number, or employer information.
3. Local Data Storage
Paycheck Calculator: Hourly may save calculation history or saved estimates locally on your device.
This means your saved paycheck estimates are stored on your device and are not sent to our own servers.
If you delete the App or clear the App’s local data, your saved estimates may be deleted permanently.
4. Advertising
Paycheck Calculator: Hourly uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements in the App.
Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process certain information automatically to provide, limit, personalize, measure, and improve ads, and to help prevent fraud and abuse.
Depending on your device, settings, consent choices, region, and the version of the SDK used, this information may include:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate general location
- Device identifiers, including advertising identifiers
- App interactions, such as app launches, taps, ad views, and ad interactions
- Diagnostic information, such as app performance and SDK performance
- Information used for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention
Google may use this information in accordance with its own privacy policies and advertising technologies policies.
5. App Tracking Transparency and Advertising Choices
On iOS, Apple may require apps to request permission before tracking users across apps and websites owned by other companies for advertising or measurement purposes.
If the App requests tracking permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt, you may choose whether to allow or deny tracking.
If you deny tracking permission, the App will still be usable, but ads may be less personalized.
You can manage tracking permissions at any time through your iOS device settings.
Depending on your region, device settings, and consent choices, the App may show personalized or non-personalized ads.
Personalized ads may use information such as advertising identifiers and app interactions to show ads that may be more relevant to you.
Non-personalized ads may still use limited information, such as general location, device information, and contextual information, to deliver ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud.

The paycheck values you manually enter into the App are used for calculation purposes and are not intentionally shared by us with employers, payroll providers, financial institutions, or advertisers.
However, because the App uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK, certain data may be collected and shared automatically through Google’s advertising services for advertising, analytics, app performance, and fraud prevention purposes.
